Product Description
The whole system will be pumped into vacuum by vacuum pump. The vacuum degree of evaporation chamber is about 95% - 97% (surface pressure is - 0.095 - 0.097 mpa). The evaporation temperature under the vacuum condition is 35 - 37℃. Material does not need a pump. The material is sucked into the evaporation chamber by the negative pressure of the system, sprayed into a fog, and then the water is evaporated. Concentrated liquid is pumped out by screw pump because of its high viscosity. Heat pump designed for low-temperature evaporation with compressor,by ecological Freon gas type R410A.
Low-temperature concentration processing is 35-37deg C under vacuum,which means the compositions in the water are more stable and reliable.
